Reaction characteristics：
TMRE，是一種線粒體特異性染料 (λex=550 nm，λem=575 nm)。在上皮細胞中觀察到TMRE的多向動態(tài)運動，并且在活牛眼鏡片的淺層皮質(zhì)纖維細胞中觀察到雙向動態(tài)運動。在上皮細胞中，TMRE熒光的移動高達5μm/ min，而在淺表皮質(zhì)中，觀察到的移動高達18.5μm/ min。
