5-(Octadecanoylamino)fluorescein，F(xiàn)luorescein熒光標(biāo)記應(yīng)用廣，為黃色結(jié)晶，吸收光波長(zhǎng)為490~495nm，發(fā)射光波長(zhǎng)520~530nm，可呈現(xiàn)明亮的黃綠色熒光，F(xiàn)ITC分子中含有異硫氰基與羧基熒光素相比更具活性。
