性狀(以下信息僅供參考)：液體。設計用于增強DNA擴增的特異性、敏感性和產(chǎn)量。使用該酶可在室溫配制反應體系，使用方便。它是一種化學修飾的重組Taq DNA Polymerase，蛋白分子氨基酸殘基上增加了熱不穩(wěn)定的封閉基團。該酶在室溫下沒有活性，避免形成引物二聚體和非特異性延伸，從而增加DNA擴增的特異性。95℃加熱4分鐘可恢復活性。活化的酶具有與Taq DNA Polymerase相同的功能：催化5——3方向合成DNA，無可檢測的3——5校正外切酶活性，具有較低的5——3外切酶活性。該酶還具有脫氧核糖核酸酶轉(zhuǎn)移活性，在PCR產(chǎn)物的3-端多加11個腺嘌呤，活化前檢測不到這些活性。
